Terms of Use / Rules and Instructions

After selecting the desired accommodation unit, choose the dates and the desired length of your stay. Fill in all the requested information and submit by clicking the offered option “send inquiry” or send to info@maj.hr.

Options

Enter the requested information, the exact number of adults, children, babies, and any additional wishes. The residential complex staff can place a baby cot in the reserved accommodation unit/up to the maximum number specified in the accommodation unit description. This option is available only upon request.

Deposit and Damages

To secure your group booking, a deposit of 30% of the total agreed amount is required. Due to special business conditions, no deposit is currently charged for individual bookings, except for any previously agreed action.

The deposit is non-refundable unless a previously agreed condition applies. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged directly and immediately to the person responsible for the reservation of the accommodation unit where the damage occurred. A damage report form is completed by the responsible person of the residential complex.

Pets Policy

For the comfort, health, and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted at Maj Residence. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone.

• Guests who arrive with pets will unfortunately be unable to check in with the animal present.
• Should pets be brought onto the premises in violation of this policy, Maj Residence reserves the right to apply an additional cleaning fee of €200 and/or request immediate removal of the pet.
• Certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome, in compliance with applicable laws. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.

Payment Methods

To pay the 30% deposit, please choose one of the following payment methods:

• Payment by credit cards: we accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro.
• Bank transfer (payment due within 3 days of reservation, additional conditions apply).

To pay the remaining 70%, choose one of the following payment methods:

• Credit card payment: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro accepted. (due 30 days before arrival)
• PayPal payment. (due 30 days before arrival)
• Bank transfer. (due 30 days before arrival)
• Cash on arrival (payment on arrival)

If you choose bank transfer for the deposit payment, you will receive an email with all reservation details and further instructions. To finalize the reservation, you must follow the instructions in the email and confirm the reservation. After that, you will receive payment details by email. If we do not receive the payment in the agreed amount within the agreed period, the reservation may be canceled. Bank transfer may not be possible if your arrival date is 30 days or less.

All prices include VAT. Tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged additionally.

Confirmation

After payment for the deposit or the entire stay, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address. You can use this confirmation upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the payment, you must contact the residential complex reception exclusively in writing at info@maj.hr with an explanation of the reason for the cancellation.
